Chapelton of Elsick 10kThe Chapelton of Elsick 10K is organised by residents of Chapelton with the profits of the event going to local charities and community groups. This year we have 400 entries for the event and have expanded our Event Village in Hume Square and Liddell Park so that the runners and spectators can relax and enjoy the music from Mearns FM  and  hot food from The Deesidely Tasty Company and Chapelton’s own Teacake.

This years charities and organisations to benefit are:

Portlethen Community Ambulance
Newtonhill Pipeband
Chapelton Baby & Toddler Group
Pillar Kincardine
Newtonhill Beavers\Cubs\Scouts
Friends of Newtonhill School

Thanks to our Event Sponsor Hall Morrice Chartered Accountants and Medal sponsors WM Donald for their generous support of the Chapelton of Elsick 10k. We have also received support from AJC Homes, ZeroC,  A & J Stephen the Elsick Development Company  and of course we have to thank Elsick House for access to the House, grounds and private roads around the estate without which we would have no 10k course.

Race days supplies of water & bananas have also be donated by Tesco, Asda and the Coop.

The support of all the companies is greatly appreciated and allows us to maximise the profit from the event that will go to our nominated charities and community organisations.

Look forward to seeing you all on the day whether runner or spectator.
